A tragic incident occurred at a theme park in Rajgir, Bihar, India, where a man, identified as Aman Kumar, 25, lost his life after falling from a ride while attempting to take a selfie. The distressing event was captured on video, showing the man slipping from his seat as his restraint became loose, leading to a fatal fall of around 10 to 15 feet, hitting a support pole along the way.

Following the accident, bystanders rushed to help Mr. Kumar, who suffered severe injuries, including a bloody face and a leg positioned unnaturally. Despite being promptly taken to a local hospital and subsequently transferred to two other medical facilities for treatment, Mr. Kumar tragically passed away during transit.

Accompanied by his family members at the Malmas Fair, Mr. Kumar and his cousin Prince decided to experience the Tsunami ride together. However, the outing took a tragic turn as Mr. Kumar lost his balance and fell when the ride commenced, allegedly due to his safety belt coming undone.

Local authorities are currently investigating the incident, exploring potential negligence or mechanical failure as contributing factors. Moreover, there is speculation that the victim might have been attempting to capture a selfie or record a video at the time of the accident.

In response to the tragedy, the ride operator has faced legal actions, with the ride being seized, and all other attractions at the fair suspended for safety reasons. This unfortunate incident is reminiscent of similar accidents worldwide, highlighting the dangers associated with risky behavior like taking selfies in precarious situations.
