Gavin further explained that crowding the aisle before the doors open can hinder post-landing procedures for cabin crew, making it challenging to maintain clear access and respond promptly to any issues. A congested aisle can impede communication, movement, and overall safety.
Therefore, it is advisable for passengers to wait patiently until the queue to leave the plane starts moving. Rushing to stand in the aisle prematurely does not expedite the process and may lead to unnecessary inconveniences.
