Child Struck by Vehicle in Coastal Town: Emergency Response Underway

A young child, aged four, was struck by a vehicle in a coastal town, prompting a swift and comprehensive response from emergency services. Merseyside Police received a call around 4.55pm on Monday reporting the incident on the Promenade in the town center. The child was quickly attended to by emergency responders and subsequently transported to the hospital for precautionary measures.

Witness Craig Alexander Murray, present at the scene, captured footage of an air ambulance landing at King’s Gardens nearby. However, the child was ultimately taken to the hospital in a regular ambulance. Murray mentioned that three police cars and accompanying adults were present at the location.
