Police have officially identified the human remains discovered in a river in Devon as those of Taylor Charlton, a teenager who had gone missing. Taylor, who was 14 years old at the time he disappeared, was last seen on the evening of Friday, May 8 in Barnstaple, prompting a widespread search effort.
