A trial revealed that Luciano Frattolin, the CEO of a coffee company, had condoms and disturbing notes in his car, including a “confession” note, amid accusations of murdering his nine-year-old daughter. Frattolin claimed his daughter was abducted before being found dead in a pond in New York. Prosecutors allege that he disposed of her body in a swamp after inconsistencies were found in his story.

Investigators found stained underpants with “seminal fluid” belonging to the daughter and clothing of Frattolin showing similar signs. Frattolin is facing charges of second-degree murder and concealing a corpse. A note labeled “closure/confession” was discovered in his rental car, containing derogatory remarks about his ex-wife and claiming control over his daughter.

The prosecution presented evidence of a detailed “father’s report” in Frattolin’s possession, including plans and personal items. His smartphone recorded location data related to the case extensively. Testimonies revealed concerns about Frattolin’s intentions with the daughter, indicating a troubling relationship. The trial is ongoing.
