Russian supporters of Vladimir Putin are intensifying their criticism of King Charles, pledging to hoist a victory flag over Buckingham Palace. A British defector fighting for Russia in Ukraine has also joined the campaign against the monarch.
The Kremlin has strongly condemned King Charles’ recent address to the US Congress, where he advocated for the defense of Ukraine, portraying it as a call for a potential war against Russia. Following the king’s speech, the Russian propaganda machine accused him of preparing for conflict with Russia.
A Russian lawmaker, Adam Delimkhanov, has shared an image depicting Buckingham Palace under siege, asserting that England cannot dictate terms to the world. He also disputed Charles’ claims about the Second World War victory, attributing it to Soviet soldiers, including a Chechen hero.
Delimkhanov further stated that Chechens are prepared to carry out any orders from Putin and raise the Victory Banner over Buckingham Palace if necessary. He labeled King Charles as a provocateur inciting global conflict. Ben Stimson, a British turncoat fighting for Russia, echoed this sentiment by sharing provocative images and messages aimed at the British monarchy.
In response to the escalating tensions, the British king emphasized the importance of unwavering determination in defending Ukraine and achieving lasting peace. Russian media outlets, including Komsomolskaya Pravda, propagated claims that Charles was advocating for war with Russia and the activation of NATO’s Article 5.
Additionally, another British individual fighting for Russia, Bradley Townsend, justified his actions by citing support received from Soviet miners during a past strike in the UK. Townsend, hailing from Barnsley, highlighted his personal connection to the mining community and his desire to repay a debt to the miners of Donbas in Ukraine.
The situation has sparked a war of words and propaganda between supporters of King Charles and those aligned with Putin, underscoring the deepening geopolitical tensions surrounding the conflict in Ukraine.
