Six people were injured and a driver is missing following a massive explosion caused by a seven-truck collision on the Hume Highway in Australia. The incident occurred near Breadalbane in New South Wales [NSW] early on Tuesday. Two lorries initially collided, leading to a chain reaction involving five more vehicles at a rest stop, resulting in the explosion. The trucks were carrying a mix of hazardous materials, including butane cans, resin, memory foam, and alcohol, fueling the fire and subsequent explosions. The NSW Fire and Rescue mentioned that one of the trucks contained ‘eight tonnes of butane cans’. This remains a developing story with more updates expected.
