The charges include one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13 and three counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14. The 82-year-old is scheduled to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on August 5.
According to a statement from the Metropolitan Police, the charges pertain to a single victim and allegedly occurred between 1978 and 1981 at a residential address in Kensington. The allegations were reported to the police on January 9, 2025, leading to an investigation. Gadd was interviewed on July 22, 2025, in connection with the case. The victim is currently receiving support from specialized officers and has been informed of the latest developments.
