According to the British equivalent of the FBI, here are 12 individuals being sought in Spain.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) has unveiled a list of criminals wanted for various offenses, including murder, drug-related crimes, and money laundering, in popular Spanish tourist destinations like Tenerife, Marbella, Alicante, Malaga, and the Costa Blanca.

These fugitives, part of Operation Captura, include a double murderer, a notorious cocaine dealer with distinctive scars, and a rapist believed to be in Benidorm.

Some of these individuals may have undergone surgical procedures to conceal their identities while blending in with British tourists in Spain. Over the past year, 56 criminals have been extradited from Spain back to the UK.

Rob Jones, the NCA’s director general of operations, emphasized that Spain is not a safe haven for fugitives and issued a stern warning that those evading justice will be pursued relentlessly. He highlighted the ongoing criminal activities of these fugitives, posing a threat to both Spanish and British communities.

Kevin Thomas Parle, aged 45, is a wanted individual in connection with the 2004 murder of Liam Kelly, as well as the 2005 murder of Lucy Hargreaves. Parle, a towering figure at 6 feet 4 inches, remains at large, considered one of the most dangerous fugitives in the UK with suspected ties to Spain, Australia, and Thailand.

Parle, described as white with ginger hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive scar on his head, is implicated in what detectives have labeled as ruthless executions involving shotgun blasts at close range.

Lucy Hargreaves, a young mother, tragically fell victim to a fatal shooting in her home in Liverpool in 2005, orchestrated by individuals linked to Parle. The brutal incident, involving gunfire and arson, resulted in her untimely death despite desperate attempts to save her.

Parle’s criminal history also includes the suspected murder of Liam Kelly, a teenage boy ambushed in Dingle following a dispute over a drug-related debt. Parle, arrested but subsequently absconded while on bail, is still wanted in connection with these heinous crimes.

Another figure of interest is Francis David Parker, linked to the Coggins organized crime group, responsible for facilitating drug trafficking operations across the UK. Parker, known to collect illicit funds on behalf of the group, has ties to southern Spain.

With the gang’s leaders already behind bars, including Francis Coggins and his brother Vincent, Parker’s whereabouts remain a subject of investigation due to his involvement in a multi-million pound drug operation.

The Most Wanted campaign by the NCA aims to capture fugitives who often exploit expatriate communities in Spain to evade justice and continue their criminal activities. The public is encouraged to report any information anonymously to Crimestoppers to aid in apprehending these individuals.</
