Ivanka Trump, the daughter of former President Donald Trump, was reportedly targeted by an alleged terrorist with ties to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, aged 32, is accused of acquiring blueprints of Ivanka Trump’s residence in Florida.

Al-Saadi allegedly expressed intentions to avenge the killing of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani in Baghdad by targeting Ivanka Trump. Entifadh Qanbar, a former deputy military attaché at the Iraqi embassy in Washington, mentioned that Al-Saadi had been vocal about seeking retribution against the Trump family. Al-Saadi was arrested in Turkey and extradited to the US, facing charges related to numerous attacks in Europe and the US.

According to the US Department of Justice (DoJ), Al-Saadi is linked to attacks on American and Jewish targets, including incidents in Amsterdam, London, and Toronto. The DoJ also accused him of orchestrating attacks on Jewish establishments in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Al-Saadi, who was apprehended while en route to Russia, is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Reports indicate his close association with Qasem Soleimani, the former head of Iran’s Quds force. Al-Saadi is believed to have connections with both the IRGC and Hezbollah, a Lebanese paramilitary group.
