The White House has reportedly declined to get involved in preventing Andrew Tate and his brother from being extradited to the UK. Donald Trump has chosen not to intervene in the brother’s return after their arrest in Miami, according to The Telegraph. The social media influencer and his younger sibling Tristan Tate were taken into custody by US authorities at the request of British detectives, who are seeking their extradition to face charges related to rape and human trafficking.

Despite calls from prominent Republican figures and administration members urging Trump to take action, the White House has stated that they will not be intervening in the case. Andrew and Tristan Tate, who allegedly sought support from individuals close to Trump to highlight their innocence, are now facing the predicament of the administration’s decision not to engage in their situation. The brothers had previously suggested that the Trump administration assisted them in leaving the country when they faced arrest in Florida last year.

The Tate brothers, aged 39 and 38 respectively, are currently in custody as 38 new charges have been brought against them. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the UK has requested their extradition. The charges stem from allegations dating back to 2012, with a total of 59 charges filed against the brothers, including 42 against Andrew Tate and 17 against Tristan Tate. The ongoing investigation by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit has seen additional offences being reported to the authorities.

This development marks a significant turn of events for the Tate brothers, who are now awaiting further legal proceedings in light of the increased charges against them.
