Tesco is offering complimentary ice lollies to over a million Clubcard members this week. The digital vouchers will be available on the Tesco app for eligible customers to claim. There are 11 different types of Tesco ice lollies covered by the promotion, and the vouchers can be redeemed in large stores and Tesco Express locations until July 1, midnight, excluding online orders.

The initiative, known as Freebie Thursdays, features varied coupons each Thursday, although not all customers will receive one weekly. Recipients are selected based on their shopping history, with previous giveaways including Walkers crisps and Tesco cookies.

In related news, Tesco has introduced a version of its Clubcard tailored for 16 and 17-year-olds. This innovation allows approximately 1.6 million younger customers to access numerous Clubcard Prices deals for the first time. Normally available to individuals over 18, the digital Clubcard for 16-17-year-olds can only be accessed through the Tesco app or website, with parental or guardian invitation required for sign-up.

Tesco shoppers accumulate Clubcard points for every pound spent in-store or for every two liters of fuel purchased at Tesco petrol stations. Points can also be earned through transactions with Tesco Bank and Tesco Mobile. A minimum of 150 points is needed to receive a £1.50 Clubcard voucher, which can be spent at Tesco. Additionally, customers can maximize the value of their vouchers by utilizing them with Rewards Partners like Pizza Express, Alton Towers, or Hotels.com for increased benefits.
