A man has been hospitalized following a shooting incident at a cafe in Liverpool. The incident occurred at Bala Bs Soul Food Kitchen on Lodge Lane in Toxteth around 5pm on Friday, prompting a swift response from the police.
Merseyside Police dispatched armed units to the scene after reports of gunfire. Witnesses stated they heard three loud noises before the arrival of law enforcement. The injured man, who suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, is currently receiving medical treatment.
