In a closely contested match, Tommy Fury emerged victorious against the formidable Eddie Hall, eliciting mixed reactions from fans. Initially challenged by Hall’s imposing size, Fury eventually found his rhythm, skillfully evading the older opponent’s advances and landing his own punches. Two of the three guest judges awarded the win to Fury, while the third judge deemed the bout a draw, causing some fans to express confusion.

Acknowledging Hall’s prowess, Fury commended his opponent, stating, “Anyone underestimating Eddie Hall as just a strongman should reconsider. He’s not only massive but also quick and in great shape. Kudos to Eddie Hall for a memorable night in Manchester.”

Hall, participating in only his second boxing match, acknowledged the difficulty in catching Fury, attributing his loss to Fury’s speed and stamina. Expressing his future ambitions in MMA and boxing, Hall emphasized his willingness to compete in either discipline.

During his ringwalk, Fury proudly revealed his newborn son’s name, Midas, with fiancee Molly-Mae Hague, adding a personal touch to the event. Accompanied by England’s football anthem “It’s Coming Home,” Fury made a grand entrance, contrasting with Hall’s swift entry into the ring.

The match commenced with Hall aggressively pursuing Fury from the start, utilizing his weight advantage. Despite facing challenges due to the weight difference, Fury strategically employed his jab in the subsequent rounds, focusing on body shots to impede Hall’s momentum. While Hall maintained an aggressive stance, Fury’s agility and quick footwork allowed him to evade significant blows.

As the match progressed, Fury capitalized on quick strikes, evading Hall’s attempts to land powerful punches. With the pace slowing down in later rounds, Fury maintained his lead by landing precise shots and evading Hall’s attacks. The fight concluded with guest officials Tony Bellew, Derek Chisora, and Chase DeMoor scoring the match 59-56, 58-56, and 57-57, respectively.
