The Royal Family has gathered to celebrate the marriage of Princess Anne’s son, Peter Phillips, to NHS nurse Harriet Sperling. The private ceremony took place in Kemble, near Cirencester in Gloucestershire, with senior royals such as the Prince and Princess of Wales, Zara and Mike Tindall, and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh in attendance.

Notably absent were Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who reportedly did not attend due to their relocation to the US and Harry’s strained relationships within the family. The wedding saw Harriet in a stunning white gown with a long veil, escorted by her bridesmaids – her daughter Georgina and Peter’s daughters, Isla and Savannah.

All guests gathered at All Saints Church in Kemble to witness the union of Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling. The bridesmaids, including Peter’s daughters and Harriet’s daughter, were dressed in white for the ceremony, holding Harriet’s veil as she entered the church.

While the rain did not deter the attendees, Prince William and Princess Kate were seen braving the weather in Cirencester for the wedding, accompanied by a notable absence of their children. The King and Queen also graced the occasion with their presence, arriving after other senior royals, including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Princess Anne sported a bright yellow floral outfit for her son’s wedding, welcoming guests at the church entrance. The ceremony marked a special moment for Peter Phillips, who was about to exchange vows with his bride, Harriet Sperling, surrounded by their loved ones.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie made an appearance, accompanied by their husbands, with Beatrice in a green and white dress and Eugenie in a navy ensemble. This event marked their first public appearance following recent controversies surrounding their living arrangements funded by the King.

As the royal wedding unfolded, guests arrived at the church, including Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Rupert Finch. The village of Kemble was abuzz with media and public interest as onlookers awaited the arrival of the royal guests, adding to the excitement surrounding the event.
