Thames Valley Police have expanded their investigation into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to include potential sexual offenses alongside the initial probe into alleged misconduct in public office. Authorities are meticulously reviewing evidence gathered during a thorough search at Mountbatten-Windsor’s former Royal Lodge residence in Windsor, focusing on various aspects of suspected misconduct, including sexual impropriety and corruption.

In addition to the ongoing inquiry regarding misconduct in public office, detectives are examining claims that a woman was brought to a Windsor location in 2010 for sexual purposes. Specialized officers, particularly those handling sexual offenses, are pursuing multiple leads following the release of the Epstein files.

Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing amid the ongoing investigations. Meanwhile, the City of London Corporation has issued a formal censure against Andrew for his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, expressing disappointment over his refusal to relinquish his Freedom of the City despite the Corporation’s invitation.

The investigation centers around a non-British woman in her twenties at the time, reportedly linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s connection with Prince Andrew. Thames Valley officers are actively engaging with potential witnesses and survivors related to the Epstein case, urging individuals with pertinent information to come forward when they feel comfortable.

Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright emphasized the complexity of the investigation into misconduct in public office, highlighting the team’s dedication to exploring all leads thoroughly. The police force encourages individuals with relevant details to share information through appropriate channels, such as the Thames Valley Police online portal.

Efforts to support national policing in reaching out to Epstein victims and survivors are ongoing, with a focus on encouraging individuals with pertinent information to engage with authorities.
