The Met Office outlook for August 7 to August 16 suggests a mixed weather outlook, with a possibility of rain or showers at times, along with periods of drier weather. Towards mid-August, higher pressure may dominate the north of the UK, while lower pressure systems could affect southern areas, potentially bringing Atlantic frontal systems or thundery spells. Rainfall amounts are expected to vary across different regions during this period.
