Kiersten Dyke, a popular TikTok creator known for sharing her journey battling skin cancer, has sadly passed away at 25 years old on April 26.

Her longtime boyfriend, Dominic Cinfio, confirmed her passing through posts on Instagram and TikTok, stating that she was surrounded by loved ones and passed away peacefully without pain.

Dyke’s fight against cancer began in December 2022 with a stage 2 melanoma diagnosis. Following a surgery to remove the growth, her condition worsened to stage 2B, leading to further surgeries and hospital stays throughout 2023. Despite a period of remission in early 2024, she received a stage 3 metastatic melanoma diagnosis later that year, undergoing immunotherapy and radiation treatments.

By June 2025, the cancer had progressed to stage 4, spreading to her bones and organs, with doctors giving her a limited time to live. Despite the grim prognosis, Dyke remained hopeful and expressed her desire for more time through social media.

In her final days, Dyke’s health rapidly declined, leading to a hospital visit where doctors diagnosed her with sepsis. Despite efforts to stabilize her, she passed away surrounded by her family.

Shortly before her passing, Dyke had discussed clinical trial options with her doctor, showing optimism and eagerness to explore potential treatments.

Throughout her journey, Dyke shared her experiences openly on social media, garnering a large following who admired her courage and positivity in the face of adversity.
