Lady Louise Windsor has secured a new position, with her employer emphasizing that she is treated like any other employee despite her royal background.

The daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh is currently working discreetly as a key organizer at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, an event held annually in May in the vicinity of Windsor Castle. This show was a beloved event of her late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Despite being a 22-year-old student at St Andrews University, Lady Louise has taken on responsibilities at the horse show, where she is praised for her diligent work ethic and down-to-earth demeanor.

Nick Brooks-Ward, the Director of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, stated that Lady Louise is handling a significant role as a chief organizer, providing top-notch concierge services. He commended her work ethic, emphasizing that she receives no preferential treatment due to her status.

Lady Louise, known for her passion for horses, is following in her grandmother’s footsteps as an avid horsewoman and has recently taken up carriage driving, a skill taught to her by her late grandfather, Prince Philip.

This weekend, she is scheduled to participate in the British Driving Society’s Meet event, showcasing her equestrian prowess alongside 50 other horses and ponies at Windsor Park.

In a previous engagement in 2021, Lady Louise made her public speaking debut in a documentary about her grandfather, Prince Philip, sharing insights on their shared love for the sport of carriage driving.

Lady Louise and her brother James, the Earl of Wessex, have largely grown up away from the public eye under the protection of their parents, Prince Edward and Sophie, as they pursue their education.

While this is her first high-profile job, it is not the first time Lady Louise has shown her work ethic. In 2022, before starting university, she worked at a garden center, impressing customers with her polite and attentive demeanor.
