Disgraced royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been keeping a low profile since his arrest in February. He has been mostly staying within the Sandringham estate to avoid public attention while Thames Valley Police investigates his case.

Recently, it has been reported that Andrew went on a secretive trip to France, sponsored by a wealthy Dubai businessman friend. He enjoyed a luxurious getaway in rural Brittany as the esteemed guest of the UAE horse breeding mogul. Despite the ongoing controversies surrounding him, Andrew, aged 66, maintains his innocence.

According to a report by the Mail on Sunday, Andrew was invited by Mohammed A Baker, a billionaire in the sportswear industry, to spend time at his renowned stud farm near St Malo. Andrew flew from Norwich International to Dinard Airport on a private jet provided by Mr. Baker on May 30, and returned on June 1 after a three-day stay at the picturesque stable complex.

During his French escapade, Andrew indulged in horseback riding on the beach, played boules in a historic courtyard, and savored exquisite meals prepared by a personal chef. Despite efforts to keep the visit discreet, locals soon became aware of Andrew’s presence in the area. French racehorse trainer Arthur Desprez confirmed Andrew’s stay at Mr. Baker’s residence.

Sources revealed that the trip was nothing short of opulent, with Andrew and his host engaging in various leisure activities together. Following his return from the trip, Andrew was seen with a noticeable bruise on his face, prompting speculation about its cause, though insiders claimed it was due to a minor health issue.

Andrew’s arrest in February was linked to allegations of impropriety during his tenure as a UK trade envoy, involving sharing confidential information with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender. Thames Valley Police has expanded its investigation into Andrew, covering various aspects of alleged misconduct. Despite the mounting scrutiny, Andrew vehemently refutes any accusations of wrongdoing.
