An individual known as a prominent supporter of the MAGA movement in the United States has confessed to physically assaulting a woman at a Tube station following an altercation reportedly triggered by a stroller incident.

Melissa Rein Lively allegedly forcefully pulled the woman’s hair at Bond Street Underground station last October after reportedly colliding with a pushchair carrying a child.

During a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, it was disclosed that the 40-year-old accepted a conditional caution, resulting in the withdrawal of the assault by beating charge against her. Meanwhile, her companion, Philipp Ostermann, a 37-year-old German citizen who was present at the scene, denied accusations of two racially aggravated public order offenses and an additional public order offense and was granted conditional bail.

Prosecutor Lyndon Harris informed the court that Ms. Lively had agreed to a conditional caution in response to the allegations against her, which involved admitting to the conduct in question and acknowledging its criminal nature, along with agreeing to pay £910 in compensation.

The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed that the influencer had compensated the victim on Tuesday afternoon.

Identified as the founder of the “anti-woke” public relations agency America First on her Instagram page, Rein Lively is associated with Philipp Ostermann, who holds the position of associate director at the Munich-based private equity firm Aequita.

According to prosecutors, on the evening of the incident, two siblings were walking towards the subway station, with one of them pushing a stroller carrying two children. The sisters observed Ostermann and Rein Lively ahead of them, engaging in what seemed to be intimate gestures. One of the sisters noted that Ostermann and Ms. Lively appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Allegedly, Rein Lively accidentally bumped into the stroller, prompting a reaction from the sister accompanying the children. Subsequently, Ostermann reportedly directed racial slurs at the sisters, followed by attempting to kiss Rein Lively once more.

During the altercation, one of the sisters clarified that they were not of Indian descent and objected to the racial remarks. Rein Lively then forcefully grabbed and pulled the hair of one of the sisters, leading to a brief physical struggle between them.

Ostermann was released on unconditional bail and instructed to appear before the City of London Magistrates’ Court on November 17 for trial.
