Lenovo has entered the tablet market with its latest offering, the Tab Plus Gen 2, challenging Apple’s iPad dominance. The device boasts a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision visuals, providing a visually stunning experience.
Unlike traditional tablets, the Tab Plus Gen 2 features a large circular speaker powered by JBL technology, offering immersive audio quality. It can function as a Bluetooth speaker, supporting Dolby Atmos audio for enhanced sound performance. Additionally, the tablet includes a built-in kickstand with a 360-degree rotation, allowing users to enjoy content in landscape or portrait mode and doubles as a convenient carry handle for easy portability.
Under the hood, the Tab Plus Gen 2 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, a sizable 10,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, and 128GB of storage that can be expanded via an SD Card. Priced at £369 on Lenovo’s website, the tablet provides a more affordable alternative to Apple’s iPad lineup, which starts at £429 and goes up to £749 for the Air model.
