Shocking new surveillance footage captures a disturbing moment when a child murderer nervously glances over his shoulder as three convicted killers enter his prison cell. Kyle Bevan, 33, was serving a sentence at HMP Wakefield, known as “Monster Mansion,” for the brutal murder of his two-year-old stepdaughter when he was ambushed by fellow inmates. The video shows Mark “The Iceman” Fellows, Lee Newell, and David Taylor stalking Bevan and following him into his cell, where they proceeded to stab him 25 times. After the attack, they tucked him into bed to make it seem like he was sleeping. Bevan’s body was discovered during a roll call the next morning, several hours after he had already died. The assailants, Fellows, Taylor, and Newell, received whole life orders for their roles in the murder, as they conspired to kill Bevan, who was serving a life sentence for the killing of two-year-old Lola James in Wales. The Crown Prosecution Service released footage showing the killers laughing and joking before the attack, with Fellows wearing blue gloves during the assault. Fellows, nicknamed ‘The Iceman’ and ‘Wakefield Dexter,’ had a history of violent crimes, including the shootings of Paul Massey and John Kinsella. Newell was already serving a life sentence for the murder of his neighbor, Mary Neal, while Taylor confessed to killing Alisha Apostoloff-Boyarin, who went missing and was never found. The prosecution revealed that the trio targeted specific inmates, including sex offenders and those who had committed crimes against children, possibly aiming for a transfer from HMP Wakefield. Investigations found items with Bevan’s blood in the assailants’ cells, including a makeshift weapon. The jury unanimously convicted the three men of murder, as they had planned and executed the attack on Bevan, leaving him to bleed to death after stabbing him multiple times. Chief Inspector James Entwistle of West Yorkshire Police condemned the premeditated violence carried out by the inmates, emphasizing the need for safe prison environments. The verdicts ensure accountability for the dangerous individuals and uphold the law to maintain safety within correctional facilities.
