“Man Sexually Assaulted in Berkshire Nature Reserve”

A man reported being sexually assaulted by an unfamiliar individual in the parking lot of a nature reserve in Berkshire. The victim, a man in his twenties, informed authorities that an unknown man approached him from behind at Padworth Common Nature Reserve around 6:30 pm on July 9.

According to Thames Valley Police, the alleged perpetrator also took £50 from the victim’s pocket during the incident. Specially trained officers are providing support to the victim.

The suspect is described as a man with a local accent who wore white shoes. Detective Inspector Beverley Pearse, the lead investigator, stated that the case is being thoroughly investigated. The authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could aid in the investigation.

Motorists with dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the incident are particularly encouraged to come forward. Witnesses who saw a red vehicle in the vicinity during the event are also urged to contact the police.

An increased police presence will be visible in the area as the investigation continues to ensure community reassurance and safety.
