A woman who experienced a cardiac arrest in a nightclub and had a near-death encounter claims she acquired supernatural abilities after visiting the afterlife. Louisa Peck, at the age of 22, suffered a cardiac arrest due to consuming cocaine laced with lidocaine, an anesthetic drug.
During the incident at the club, Louisa had a grand mal seizure and lost consciousness. She vividly describes her journey into the afterlife as being propelled into the sky and arriving in a new realm where she felt her physical body dissolve, enabling her to fly and connect with her ancestors.
Upon returning, Louisa asserts that she gained the power to predict deaths accurately and perceive spirits. She expressed, “I tried to resume normal life without acknowledging the experience, but my spiritual defenses were permanently altered.” Despite being an atheist with no belief in the supernatural, she acknowledges that the encounter was real and profound.
The life-changing event occurred in 1982 when Louisa consumed drugs at a club, leading to a near-death experience. She narrates a sensation of tunnel vision before her heart rate decreased, ultimately causing her to stop breathing and enter cardiac arrest. Louisa, who was battling alcoholism at the time, recollects being propelled into the air, flying over Manhattan, and plunging into the ocean without fear.
She details encountering a pale blue ancestral home, feeling a deep connection, and transitioning into a spiritual realm where she sensed her ancestors’ presence. Louisa felt honored to join them, despite previously disregarding her lineage.
Subsequently, Louisa describes being drawn towards the sun and experiencing a divine light engulfing her, evoking feelings of bliss and timelessness. However, a voice urged her to return to Earth, indicating that her journey was not yet complete.
Upon regaining consciousness with the bartender administering CPR after three minutes of unresponsiveness, Louisa realized she was back in her physical body, experiencing a sense of despair. Despite attempting to dismiss the event, she encountered numerous paranormal incidents over the years, such as predicting tragic outcomes and communicating with deceased loved ones.
Louisa, now 65, reflects on the enduring impact of the near-death encounter, emphasizing the coexistence of a spiritual realm beyond earthly existence. She believes in the unity of intelligence and love, perceiving life as a transient phase where individuals strive to connect through love amidst spiritual ignorance.
Louisa has authored a book titled ‘Die-Hard Atheist: from NDE Denier to Full-on Woo-Woo,’ chronicling her transformative journey from skepticism to embracing supernatural phenomena.
