An illicit 7,500-ton waste dump has been discovered close to a former Premier League soccer stadium. Startling aerial photographs reveal a mix of household and commercial trash scattered over a 50-meter stretch of land in Bradford. The decaying heap is situated opposite Valley Parade, the home ground of League One club Bradford City.

Local residents reported the site two weeks ago after noticing a pungent “rotten” odor emanating from the area during the recent heatwave. The Environment Agency has initiated an inquiry into the waste site and is actively seeking the individuals accountable. At the site near Midland Road in Manningham, the rear section of a tractor-trailer and corroding containers can be observed.

An unnamed resident disclosed witnessing “suspicious” trucks entering the property and dumping waste in the vicinity. The resident remarked, “This problem arose when the recent heatwave hit, and the entire region was engulfed by a repulsive smell of decomposing food and waste. We had to keep windows and doors shut due to the foul and overpowering stench.”

Local council members condemned the situation, stating, “This conduct is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for our community and the environment.” They added, “We will not stand for our community being treated as a dumping site. Any form of illegal waste disposal, regardless of its scale, is unwelcome in Manningham.”
