One of the last “patients” shown in the video is Robert De Niro, who describes his struggles with TDS, including loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, and constant anger. The concept of TDS originated from psychiatrist Charles Krauthammer, who initially coined the term “Bush Derangement Syndrome” during George W. Bush’s presidency, which was later adapted to describe reactions to Trump’s leadership during his 2016 campaign.
