The Metropolitan Police has conducted an internal inquiry involving five Royalty and Specialist Protection officers following allegations of misogynistic behavior and references to “Little Hitlers.” A female staff member at Kensington Palace lodged an official complaint citing “inappropriate” comments made between August 2023 and September 2024, with the complaint formally filed in October 2024, including remarks about the palace being “full of little Hitlers.”

A spokesperson for the Met stated, “The reported conduct does not meet the expected high standards for officers, especially those in frontline protective roles. Following our internal investigation, the officers underwent reflective practice to assess their actions and identify areas for improvement.”

The statement emphasized the Met’s commitment to upholding professionalism among all officers and staff to foster trust and confidence within the community. While the officers’ behavior did not amount to misconduct, The Sun reported that senior Royal Household officials decided to revoke their access passes, barring them from future work at any palaces.

The Mirror reached out to the Royal Household for a response.
