A man with a heinous nature has been found guilty of concealing his wife’s body inside a fertiliser tank after committing a brutal murder.
Dale Warner, aged 58, residing in Toledo, Ohio, received a 70-year prison sentence for the murder and tampering with evidence related to the death of his wife, Dee Warner, aged 52. Following a lengthy trial, a Lenawee County jury in Ohio delivered a guilty verdict.
During the trial, jurors were presented with a wide range of evidence, including Warner’s police interview, witness accounts, and investigative findings. On Thursday, May 8, a judge sentenced Warner to 60 years for the murder of his wife and an additional 10 years for tampering with evidence, with both terms to be served consecutively.
Prosecutors disclosed that Warner murdered his wife, hid her body in a secure location, then used agricultural equipment to transport her remains before sealing them inside a fertiliser tank, as reported by the Daily Star. Investigations revealed that the murder occurred after Dee Warner expressed her intention to divorce him and sell their family businesses, according to WSFA 12.
Warner will not be eligible for parole for 33 years.

Jo Shaw, aged 35, and her ex-partner Ryan Kelly, aged 41, reportedly perished in an explosion at a property on Sterncourt Road, after Kelly allegedly forcefully entered with an “explosive device.” Authorities are treating the intrusion and deaths as a homicide.
Neighbours informed the Mirror that Kelly, with a prior conviction associated with a drug syndicate, arrived at the location carrying what appeared to be a “grenade,” which detonated and resulted in their deaths. Avon and Somerset Police verified receiving a call from a resident inside the property at 6:17 am, reporting a domestic-related incident.
The caller mentioned that a familiar man had forcibly entered the house. By around 6:30 am, the police were notified that the man was suspected to be in possession of an explosive device.
Shortly after, an explosion occurred. Officers reached the scene at 6:34 am, with fire and ambulance services arriving shortly afterward. Although formal identification is pending, authorities believe the deceased individuals to be Shaw and Kelly.
