Accommodations in Budapest near the Puskas Arena, where Mikel Arteta’s team will face the winner of the Bayern Munich versus Paris St-Germain semi-final, are being offered at more than £1,000 per night, up to four times higher than usual rates. The cheapest three-star hotel room available on Booking.com for the final’s Friday and Saturday nights was reportedly £1,426, with five-star hotel rooms starting at £11,879.
Additionally, match tickets, ranging from £60 to £820 for category 1 passes, will be on sale soon, with restricted view tickets priced at £656 for Arsenal fans allocated only 16,824 tickets in the 67,215 capacity stadium.
Many fans have expressed dismay at the exorbitant costs associated with attending the final on May 30. Some have resorted to considering alternative travel routes, such as flying via other countries like Slovakia to save expenses.
