A lawsuit has been filed against a senior banker at JP Morgan, alleging a series of disturbing incidents, including sexual assault and coercion. The accused executive, Lorna Hajdini, is facing accusations from a male coworker who claims he was subjected to unwanted sexual acts and abuse over several months.
The complainant, who joined the company in March 2024, alleges that Hajdini’s behavior quickly escalated from inappropriate remarks and unwelcome physical contact to explicit sexual comments and threats to harm his career if he did not comply. The lawsuit further alleges instances of derogatory language and inappropriate remarks about the victim’s ethnicity.
According to court documents, the accuser claims that Hajdini drugged him without his consent on multiple occasions, including administering substances like an erection-enhancing drug. One alleged incident describes Hajdini visiting the man’s home uninvited, making advances, and forcibly engaging in a sexual act despite his objections.
Furthermore, the lawsuit states that Hajdini belittled the man for his emotional reactions and inability to perform sexually. Allegedly, she also instructed him to engage in demeaning acts, such as sucking her toes and sitting on his face. The victim reportedly reported these incidents to HR in 2025.
JPMorgan Chase has denied the allegations, stating that an internal investigation found no evidence to support the claims. The unnamed man, who left the company in late 2024, is seeking damages for emotional distress, lost earnings, and harm to his reputation.
Hajdini has not publicly responded to the accusations and remains employed at the bank despite the ongoing legal proceedings.
