Microsoft Outlook users faced technical issues on April 27, causing disruptions in accessing and managing their emails. Despite Microsoft resolving the problem, users continue to report ongoing difficulties through platforms like Down Detector and social media. Some users expressed frustration over the prolonged outage, with complaints highlighting the impact on their ability to send and receive crucial emails.

To address the issue, Microsoft advised iPhone and other iOS users to manually sign back into their accounts by re-entering their passwords. Following these steps can help users regain access to their Outlook accounts on their iPhones:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to Mail.
3. Select the affected email account under Accounts.
4. Access Account Settings or the Password field.
5. Enter the correct password and save changes.
6. Verify account syncing and email functionality in the Mail app.

By following these instructions, affected users should be able to restore their email access successfully.
