Donald Trump recently disclosed that he has reviewed government UFO documents, describing them as “very intriguing.” The President mentioned that the Pentagon is preparing to release files concerning UFOs and other unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs) during a speech at a Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona.
Trump, who visited Arizona to rally support for Republicans before the upcoming Midterms elections, expressed his excitement about the ongoing process of reviewing these documents. He hinted that the initial document releases will commence shortly, encouraging people to investigate and share their findings.
This development follows a letter sent by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s Task Force to US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, requesting video files related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena by a specified deadline. Concerns were raised about the potential threat posed by UAPs in US restricted airspace, particularly around military installations.
In a previous statement, Trump indicated his intention to instruct Hegseth to identify and release UFO-related files, including footage of unidentified flying objects. Hegseth confirmed that efforts to review these files were underway.
Former President Barack Obama indirectly hinted at the existence of aliens in a podcast interview, causing Trump to criticize Obama’s comments. Trump emphasized that such statements were inappropriate for a former president to make.
