According to Steve Pimblett, Rightmove’s Chief Data Officer, the diverse selection of homes in the Boxing Day viewing list reflects the various types of buyers preparing for a potential move in 2026.
Pimblett stated, “The list includes a range of properties, from grand family residences with luxurious amenities to well-maintained smaller homes suitable for first-time buyers.”
The top ten properties comprise residences from England, Scotland, and Wales, featuring a blend of urban properties with convenient transport links to major cities and homes situated near green spaces offering privacy.
