Samsung is gearing up to reveal its latest Galaxy S smartphones at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for February 25 in San Francisco. The event will feature the unveiling of the new Samsung Galaxy S26 series, which includes the standard S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. The live stream of Galaxy Unpacked will be available on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
For early birds, Samsung is offering incentives to those who register their interest in advance. By signing up, fans can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage with a new phone pre-order, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
The company emphasized that the new Galaxy S series is designed to enhance everyday experiences through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Samsung declared that these smartphones mark a significant advancement in the era of AI, aiming to streamline interactions and seamlessly integrate Galaxy AI into users’ daily routines.
As anticipation builds for the launch of the new models, retailers are already offering discounts on the existing Galaxy S25 range to clear inventory. Sky Mobile, for example, has reduced the monthly price of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, providing savings of £432. Customers should note there is an upfront cost of £12 and a requirement to commit to a 36-month contract. Additionally, the plan includes a 100MB data allowance, which may require additional data purchases for some users.
Meanwhile, Amazon is offering a 20% discount on selected models of the standard S25 and S25 Ultra when purchased outright, with savings of almost £250 on specific variants. The prices for these phones have been slashed to £639.20 and £999.20, respectively. However, the promotion is valid until February 24 or while stocks last.
