He warns of the potential dangers of heavy lifting strokes, where extreme blood pressure spikes from breath-holding can cause brain vessel stress and trigger brain bleeds. Dr. Chen suggests safer strength-building methods using controlled breathing and moderate weights to avoid such pressure surges.
Additionally, Dr. Chen discourages the consumption of energy drinks due to their high caffeine content and stimulant additives like guarana and taurine.
