A man, David McColl, is facing charges for allegedly causing fatal harm to Graham Wright at a location in Gorbals, Glasgow. It is reported that McColl, aged 50, is accused of assaulting the 38-year-old victim between August 20 and September 13, resulting in fatal injuries. The prosecution claims that McColl then dismembered and scattered Wright’s remains in Loch Lomond using sharp bladed and serrated tools.
In addition to the murder charge, McColl is also accused of attempting to obstruct justice. The court documents detail the alleged sequence of events, where McColl is said to have caused fatal harm to Wright through unspecified means, followed by the dismemberment of his body parts.
