ER Doctor Attacked with Knife in West London

An emergency room physician was attacked with a knife at a hospital in West London, leading to the arrest of a man on suspicion of attempted murder. The incident took place at Hillingdon Hospital in the early hours of Tuesday, May 26, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the attack.

Authorities, already present at the hospital for an unrelated matter, swiftly responded to the incident and apprehended a 27-year-old individual suspected of attempting to murder and cause serious harm to the doctor. The injured doctor, in his 50s, was treated for non-life-threatening and non-life-altering injuries, reportedly stemming from mental health issues.
