The homeowner mentioned to Perth’s 9News that she was relaxing in front of the TV when chaos unfolded right outside her door. A 22-year-old woman reportedly fled the scene but was later found by the police at a nearby residence. She faces charges of reckless driving and failure to provide information to the authorities.
