This incident occurred in Tehran, where hundreds of thousands of individuals had gathered on Sunday. Interestingly, this occurred simultaneously as President Trump was boasting about the US having supposedly ‘eradicated’ Iran.
The artist’s declaration marks the first explicit call for the death of President Trump at the funeral event. Posters and graffiti at the venue also displayed demands for the assassination of the US president and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
This incident occurred amidst ongoing negotiations between Tehran and Washington for a permanent resolution to the conflict disrupting global energy supplies.

Addressing the audience, he received applause when he rhetorically questioned why President Trump, whom he referred to in derogatory terms, was still alive.
The funeral ceremony attracted a significantly larger crowd compared to the previous day’s attendance, with mourners dressed in black, carrying banners and flags honoring Mr. Khamenei while also advocating for President Trump’s demise as he delivered a speech in Washington commemorating the 250th anniversary of the US founding.
Mr. Trump expressed satisfaction with the US military’s achievements, mentioning successes in Venezuela and Iran, emphasizing the military actions taken against these nations.
The funeral service for Mr. Khamenei, who led Iran for many years before his demise at 86 in an airstrike on February 28 at the onset of the Iran conflict, could serve as a morale boost for Iran’s theocracy and its new supreme leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, his son.
This holds significance as Iran seeks to utilize its control over the Strait of Hormuz in negotiations with the US for a lasting resolution to the conflict, especially with concerns lingering about potential Israeli aggression.
