Finding a flower farm near you for seasonal blooms, supporting local growers, or enjoying an outdoor summer activity is more accessible than ever with over 200 Canadian farms growing flowers in their fields. Although not all farms are open to the public, pick-your-own spots and farms hosting events have thrived, especially since the pandemic, aided by social media. These locations offer tours, markets, botanical-dyeing workshops, and picnics among the flowers. Planning your visit in advance is crucial, as smaller farms may require appointments and some activities may need tickets. Checking online or calling ahead to see what’s blooming is recommended.

Here are 13 beautiful flower farms worth exploring this summer.
