Actor Dylan Walsh, known for his role in “Heated Rivalry,” hinted at the possibility of filming twelve new episodes for the popular hockey romance series. The 62-year-old American actor shared this information via a video on the Cameo platform, which was later reposted by a TikTok user. Walsh, who portrays the father of hockey player Shane Hollander in the show, expressed his love for the series and hinted at the upcoming production schedule.

However, Walsh’s revelation seemed premature, prompting him to issue an apology and temporarily halt his Cameo account. He clarified that his comments were speculative and apologized for any confusion caused among fans and the production team. The show’s representatives have yet to comment on Walsh’s remarks.

Aside from “Heated Rivalry,” Dylan Walsh has appeared in various TV series and films, including “Nip/Tuck” and “Superman & Lois.” The show has garnered significant attention recently, with fans eagerly discussing production details and potential future seasons. Speculation arose on social media following Walsh’s video, with some fans suggesting the filming of both the second and third seasons concurrently.

“Heated Rivalry” is based on a book series by Canadian author Rachel Reid and has been well-received, winning prestigious awards such as the Peabody Award and a Canadian Screen Award for best drama series. The second season, currently in production in Toronto and Montreal, has introduced five new cast members, as announced by Crave Canada on Instagram. The series continues to captivate audiences with its compelling storyline and talented cast members.
