Three other victims, a two-year-old boy, a 39-year-old woman, and a 23-year-old man, are in stable conditions after being admitted to the hospital.
A 40-year-old woman, who suffered minor injuries, declined transportation to the hospital. Initially, two suspects were detained, but Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson later announced the apprehension of one suspect without revealing their identity.
