Ukrainian real estate magnate Vadim Ermolaev, aged 58, is currently battling for his life after a massive blast occurred outside a high-end property in Monaco. Authorities are treating the incident as a deliberate and targeted attack, with Vadim’s wife, Anna Iermolaieva, sustaining severe injuries, including the loss of both feet. Their teenage son was also harmed in the explosion.

Hailing from Dnipro, Ukraine, Vadim Ermolaev amassed his wealth through the Alef Group, a diversified conglomerate involved in commercial real estate, manufacturing, and agriculture. Renowned for his property development projects in Dnipro, he and his wife have actively supported charitable initiatives through the Kiddo Charitable Foundation since 2012.
Having relinquished his Ukrainian citizenship in favor of becoming a Cypriot national in 2017, Mr. Ermolaev faced sanctions from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in December 2023 due to alleged business ties with Russia.
