A prominent supporter of the MAGA movement is claiming that she was unfairly targeted by police due to her association with Donald Trump after an altercation at a London tube station.

Melissa Rein Lively, aged 40, was involved in an incident at Bond Street Underground station where she allegedly pulled a woman’s hair forcefully last October. Lively received a conditional caution, and the charge of assault by beating against her was dropped, as reported at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

Accusations were made that Lively’s partner, Philipp Ostermann, verbally abused two sisters at the station, making derogatory remarks about their ethnicity. Lively expressed to the Mail on Sunday that the situation has severely damaged her reputation, insinuating that she was singled out by British Transport Police due to her connection with Trump and her previous consideration for a role as his press spokesperson.

Lively, the CEO of three PR companies, emphasized the importance of her reputation in her industry, expressing her distress over the impact of the incident on her personal and professional life. She criticized the handling of the case, suggesting a bias in the justice system based on political motives.

The founder of an ‘anti woke’ PR agency, Lively intends to take legal action against the British Transport Police, alleging that she was unfairly prosecuted because of her public support for Trump’s MAGA policies.

During the altercation, two sisters with children encountered Ostermann and Lively, who appeared to be intoxicated and engaging in intimate behavior. An altercation ensued, with Lively reportedly grabbing one of the sisters’ hair forcefully, while Ostermann made offensive comments and threats.

Contrary to police reports, Lively claimed that she believed the sisters were part of a criminal group attempting to rob her. Ostermann was released on bail pending trial at City of London Magistrates’ Court on November 17.
