A woman is currently in critical condition at a hospital in Huddersfield following a stabbing incident. The police responded to a call at Topaz Close, Fartown, just after 10.30pm last night and discovered a 30-year-old woman with severe injuries to her leg and head. Reportedly, two individuals assaulted her in the street and fled on an e-bike.
West Yorkshire Police have cordoned off an area at the intersection of Sapphire Close and Aquamarine Drive. They are appealing to anyone who witnessed the attack or possesses footage to contact the authorities.
According to a police statement, the victim is in critical condition in the hospital. The statement mentioned that the woman was stabbed and found on Topaz Close. The suspects are believed to have targeted her in the street before escaping on an e-bike.
