Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting as they initiate an investigation into a suspected homicide, seeking assistance from witnesses who observed the incident.
London Metropolitan Police detectives have disclosed the identity of Simon Whyte, aged 55, who was tragically shot and killed in Stonebridge, Brent, on December 19. Despite prompt responses from law enforcement and the London Ambulance service upon receiving a call at 9:35 on Friday, Mr. Whyte passed away at the scene.
A thorough investigation into Mr. Whyte’s demise has been launched by the police. The Specialist Crime Team is currently urging witnesses, individuals with information, and those possessing dashcam footage to come forward. Of particular interest are a small group of individuals who were present at the scene during the incident last week.
