The 15-year-old driver, along with a 43-year-old man named William Lunnon, appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court facing charges of murder concerning the victim, Bobby Bloomfield.

The incident occurred on Ashwells Road in Pilgrims Hatch, with Essex Police responding to reports of a vehicle colliding with a child at 5:40 pm on a Sunday. Despite immediate medical attention, Bobby sustained severe injuries and passed away in the hospital.
